521 Years Ago Today; the Ensisheim Meteorite
On November 7th, 1492, the Ensisheim meteorite struck the Earth in a wheat field in Alsace, France (then a part of Germany). Weighing in at 127kg, it is the oldest meteorite with a known date of impact. Today only 55kg of the meteorite remains as specimens were removed for the Holy Roman Emperor, the Pope, as well as pieces chipped off by commoners for souvenirs.

I did some FAN ART of Colin and Mary from The Secret Garden. Colin is the patron saint of all people prone to colds. I think of him every time I buy lemsip. *cough* *cough* .
I remember as a child laughing at the ridiculous way Mary runs.
